Keith Goldin, LMHC, SAP. MAC works with clients as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in South Miami. He works with individuals, couples and families providing integrative and unique perspectives, education and diverse approaches to create an opportunity for positive change.
His therapeutic approach utilizes several post-modern theories in which he also incorporates his theory of “The Other Mind” to create an ultra-modern integrative mental health therapy. He is trained in Solution Focused Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy and Family Systems Therapy, which he studied with lead colleagues of each approach at the Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Keith is a fellow of the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, Boulder, Colorado. He is a member of the #SameHere Psych Alliance, a globally recognized organization that brings together athletes, celebrities, and expert practitioners to focus on mental health education and prevention/intervention programs.
Keith’s therapeutic approach is that mental health integrated with physical health is one of the most important individual lifelong goals required to create sustained well-being.
